Oktoberfest

Come celebrate Oktoberfest.    Tom and Paul will be offering a variety of brats/sausages to go with our beer.  Choice of  Brats will be:  Original, Smoked, Spicy Chicken, Garlic

Food Items will include :   FARMERS PLATTER – salami, smoked pork loin, jerky, sharp cheese, bread, fruit, warm German Potato Salad

SAUSAGE/BRAT PLATTER-  Choice of Brat, served on bed of Kraut with warm German Potato Salad and WBB Mustard

SAUSAGE & PRETZEL PLATTER- includes everything in sausage/brat platter with addition of a warm pretzel

BRATWITCH- grilled Brat on toasted Bun with WBB Mustard, served with warm German Potato Salad.   Add your  favorite topper:  Kraut or caramelized onion or German Hot Slaw

PRETZEL- Warm Giant Pretzel with WBB Mustard

CAMBOZOLA BURGER – WBB  Burger topped with Cambozola, caramelized onions & bacon. 

*Cambozola is a blend of camembert & gorgonzola cheese

CHEESE BURGER – with Extra Sharp Tillamook cheese, served with chips or German Potato salad
